After years of helping his father with real estate investments, Brad purchased his first investment property at age 18. Doing so he learned the value of owning real estate and enjoys sharing what he has learned with others. Friends, family, buyers, and sellers alike are the beneficiaries of Brad's experiences in investment real estate and the general contracting of his own homes.

In 1997 Brad acted on his entrepreneurial spirit and opened Lakeside Signs. After five years of working with real estate agents making their signs and talking over marketing ideas, he decided to use some of his ideas himself and start a career in real estate.
Brad learned early the lessons necessary to be successful in sales - a strong desire to do the best job possible. The desire comes forth in every transaction as he pays close attention to details and searches out the best possible course or alternative for everyone he works for and with.
