About Me
Most 18-year-olds think about which concert they’d like to attend or what they might major in in college. When I turned 18, I learned about the value of real estate when I sold my first property on a land contract.
I’m passionate about real estate. My work experience runs the gamut: from investing, advertising, to general contracting of homes. Acquiring my Real Estate license was a natural evolution of my career growth.
Providing professional and reliable services in an approachable, accessible way is my brand: putting people over properties. All of my experience and expertise guided me to the path of providing clients with a smooth and rewarding real estate experience. It’s real estate as it should be.

Growing up on Beaver Lake, my dad taught me to avoid the poison ivy bushes when we looked at properties. I learned a lot from him. Decades before the house flipping reality TV craze, I flipped my first property in just six months! Let’s just say I was hooked from there. Now it is my turn to guide you away from the “poison ivy bushes” of real estate.
As a young married couple, my wife Tracy and I spent a few months searching for a home. We decided to purchase land at Beaver Lake where we designed and built our first home. We did most of the work ourselves with the help of family and friends.
In 2003, we decided to build again in the Millard area where we raised our family.
I’ve been celebrating sold signs since I was only 5 years old!
Growing up with parents who had real estate investments, I learned early on how stressful real estate experiences can be, and the importance of having a professional guide.
For Me, Everything Always Comes Back To Family
Many people like to call it their free time, but I like to call it family time. My beautiful wife Tracy and I got married in 2000 and have three wonderful children. Like most people, we enjoy traveling and showing the kids new places. Among our favorite adventures was a blissful week in Maui, Hawaii in 2016. Our kids actually wanted to move there after a few days in the sun!
Growing up at Beaver Lake, living in the Omaha area, and getting ready for our next move, one thing is for sure: Nebraska is our home and I wouldn’t trade the time I spend with my family for anything. Although my kids didn’t grow up water skiing every day on the lake like their dad did, I make sure they get frequent opportunities to learn and enjoy it too. Making memories with my family is everything to me.
